HeartBreath - the App
The App collects camera data, heart data, heart rate, respiratory rate, activity, mood, when and with which mobile phone (+ version) you recorded (partially sensitive data). This data is neither sent nor stored externally, but stored only on the personal smartphone - this unlimited in time. No other app can access it (data of each app is protected against access by other apps) -> unless you decide to send the data to another application or similar. If the App is deleted - the data will be deleted.
HeartBreath contains an optional, configurable integration with the Apple Health app. If you allow this, then for each recorded session the following values are stored in Apple Health: Heart Rate Variability, Mindful Minutes and Resting Heart Rate. In the settings of the smartphone you can change the authorizations for this integration at any time. If the HeartBreath app is deleted, you can decide whether the HeartBreath values in the Apple Health app are also deleted.
